Job Description
POSITION: Middle School Field Hockey Coach
REPORTS TO: KMS Athletic Coordinator
SEASON: midAugust to late October
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday afternoons 23 home/away games per week. *Subject to
change
SKILLS REQUIRED: Previous field hockey coaching experience preferred. Coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and games adhere to district policies rules and objectives. Coach will lead by example among team and players. Focus will be on personal development skill development safety fair play sportsmanship and work to establish and improve team and program.
Candidate should be detailoriented must meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District and some NHIAA requirements and able to travel with team to and from away games. CPR/First Aide certification required but will train if needed.
