Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to teach senior secondary students. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring students to excel in English language and literature.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English language and literature to classes 11 and 12.
Plan and deliver engaging well-structured lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines.
Prepare students for board examinations through comprehensive teaching and regular assessments.
Encourage and guide students in developing reading writing speaking and analytical skills.
Maintain student records track progress and provide regular feedback.
Participate in school events academic planning and faculty meetings.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Master s Degree in English (MA in English).
. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Minimum 2 3 years of experience teaching English at senior secondary level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CBSE curriculum and board exam preparation.
Creative approach to literature and language teaching.
Ability to organize debates drama and literary events.
