Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Waterloo Iowa
Salary: DOE
Job Summary of the Human Resources Manager: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for helping to create the HR Department. Daily responsibilities for recruitment employee relations benefits administration and compliance with employment laws.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Recruitment and Hiring:Managing job postings interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns managing performance and overseeing disciplinary actions.
- Benefits Administration:Managing employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other benefits.
- Compliance:Ensuring adherence to employment laws regulations and company policies.
- Training and Development:Developing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Payroll and Compensation:Managing payroll processing salary adjustments and other compensationrelated tasks.
- Employee Records:Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
HS & College Career Fairs and recruiting.
Education & Experience of the Human Resources Manager:
HS Diploma or GED is required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
2 years Human Resources experience particularly in areas of recruitment employee relations and benefits.
Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills are required.
Experience starting up an HR department is desired.
