In this position you will be responsible for the following:- Planning organizing and directing the daily activities of a complex Work Training Center.
- Production purchasing financial distribution safety operations and local business partner relationships.
- Providing job readiness training services in order to prepare and assist eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- Bachelors degree in rehabilitation business administration or the behavioral sciences or a related field and four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience.
- Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a yearforyear basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer at least two years of supervisory experience.
