Job Description
Job Title: CQC Consultant (Residential & Nursing Homes) Contractor
Location: Bedfordshire Luton Milton Keynes (HybridBased Projects)
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (DOE) Expenses
Type: Contract (ProjectBased MondayFriday)
Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its dynamic Task Force Teamand is looking for experienced CQC Inspectorsto lead transformative compliance projects across the UKs care sector. In this opportunity you will need to:
Be a current or exCQC Regulatory Inspector Guide care providers through CQC inspections registrations and quality turnarounds
Drive Meaningful Change Implement actionable improvements that elevate care standards
Flexible Contracting Choose projects matching your expertise and availability
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conductingdetailed mock inspectionsusing authentic and updated CQC methodology
- Developingbespoke compliance roadmapsfor underperforming services
- Leadingcrisis interventionsfor homes at risk of enforcement
- SimplifyingCQC registrationfor new providers
- Deliveringevidencebased trainingto upskill care teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in healthcare management nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a current or exCQC inspector delivering quality management and regulatory compliance with UK health and social care.
- Indepth knowledge of CQC regulations KLOEs MCP/OLM frameworks and regulatory updates
- Exceptional report writingand stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Access to own vehicle with full UK driving licence
- DBS registered with the rolling update system
- Valid public liability and professional indemnity insurance policies
