Are you ready to lead enterprisewide data integration initiatives that truly drive business transformation
An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary Head of Data Integration to join a forwardthinking organisation. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in modern data platforms and integration strategies and a passion for unlocking business value through data.
In this role the successful candidate will:
- Define and lead the organisations data integration strategy across platforms like Ab Initio Azure Denodo SAS and IBM DB2.
- Build and guide a highperforming team of engineers to deliver robust scalable data pipelines.
- Ensure data consistency quality and compliance across diverse environments including regulatory domains such as IFRS9 AML Basel and BCBS239.
- Collaborate closely with Data Architecture Engineering and crossfunctional business teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
- Oversee vendor relationships platform selection and manage total cost of ownership for integration tools.
- Drive innovation through realtime data streaming data lake optimisation and enterprise data warehousing.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Masters degree and 710 years experience in senior data integration or data engineering roles.
- Proven success in managing technical teams and delivering enterprisegrade data integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture governance and modern data technologies.
- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and data quality frameworks.
- Certification in data engineering or integration tools would be advantageous.
