Job Description:
QHT Clinic is seeking a LeadSquared CRM Automation & Integration Specialist to manage automations integrations and CRM operations ensuring seamless lead management and sales processes. This role will focus on workflow automation CRM integrations and reporting & analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain CRM automation for lead tracking followups and engagement.
- Integrate LeadSquared CRM with dialers WhatsApp/SMS marketing tools and thirdparty applications.
- Oversee system administration troubleshoot issues and optimize lead tracking.
- Generate dashboards track sales performance and provide datadriven insights.
- Work with sales marketing and operations teams to optimize CRM processes.
Requirements:
- 36 years experience in LeadSquared CRM or any other Sales CRM tool automation and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM workflows APIs and reporting tools (Excel Google Data Studio Power BI).
- Experience in sales CRM management marketing automation and lead attribution tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize CRM performance.
