Job Description
Position: Purchase Executive
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Civil Construction (Mandatory)
Location: Shilaj Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of Construction Materials
– Responsible for the timely and costeffective procurement of materials tools and equipment required for civil construction projects. -
Vendor Sourcing & Database Management
– Identify evaluate and maintain a comprehensive database of reliable vendors and suppliers for various construction materials. -
Vendor Bill Verification
– Ensure thorough checking of vendor bills in alignment with agreed payment terms approved quantities quality specifications and delivery timelines. -
Material Knowledge
– Possess a strong understanding of construction materials tools equipment and their technical specifications. -
Quantity Estimation & Stock Monitoring
– Assist in material quantity estimation for ongoing projects and conduct regular sitewise stock analysis to avoid overstocking or shortages. -
Vendor Relationship Management
– Maintain strong relationships with suppliers negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries to support uninterrupted site operations.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in procurement within the civil construction sector.

Strong negotiation analytical and vendor coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with project/site teams.

Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement tools is a plus.
