Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the promotion and sale of our chemical and mineral products across South India. This role is remote and field-based centered in Chennai and demands a proactive individual with strong B2B sales expertise and a passion for growth in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by executing high-impact sales strategies.
- Generate leads and close deals within the manufacturing chemical and mineral sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention.
- Conduct product demos negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
- Deliver weekly sales reports activity logs and market insights.
- Participate in quarterly strategy meetings in Delhi or other designated locations.
Requirements
- Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
- 3 5 years of proven B2B sales experience ideally in chemicals/minerals.
- Strong regional market knowledge of South India.
- Hands-on experience managing field-based sales operations.
- Familiarity with client engagement and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is plus
- Proficiency in any South Indian language is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively outside Chennai.
- Should own a two-wheeler for regular client visits.
