Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking an SEO Specialist with expertise in Shopify Development to optimize our online stores for search engines and enhance their visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies and the technical aspects of Shopify. This role is crucial for driving organic traffic and improving our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for Shopify ecommerce platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for onpage SEO elements including meta tags and descriptions.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure optimized product descriptions and blog posts.
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics including keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Implement offpage SEO tactics such as linkbuilding strategies and social media integration.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical SEO aspects of Shopify stores are optimized.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Information Technology.
- 3 years of experience in SEO preferably with Shopify platforms.
- Proficiency in Shopify Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush Ahrefs or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of onpage and offpage SEO techniques.
- Willingness to adopt and leverage the latest AI tools to enhance content creation and technical SEO performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate SEO strategies clearly.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with SEO best practices.
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
