Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. The Events Assistant will work closely with our Events Manager and production team to help coordinate and execute a variety of events including product launches brand activations corporate gatherings and private functions. This role requires attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the planning coordination and execution of events from concept to completion
Communicate with vendors venues and clients to ensure smooth event logistics
Assist with event setup and breakdown both onsite and offsite
Manage event materials inventory and timelines
Coordinate travel arrangements schedules and staffing as needed
Handle administrative tasks including invoicing budgeting and reporting
Maintain uptodate records and event files
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Events Department
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
Comfortable working in both office and event environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Must be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
