Job Description

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain family calendars including school schedules extracurricular activities medical and personal appointments.
  • Coordinate and book childrens school events lessons tutoring sessions recreational activities and extracurricular opportunities (sports music arts camps).
  • Arrange playdates birthday parties and social gatherings.
  • Schedule family appointments ensuring timely reminders and confirmations.
  • Arrange travel accommodation transportation and detailed itineraries for family vacations and business trips.
  • Handle correspondence and communications with schools tutors and activity providers.
  • Maintain records of appointments contacts and personal information securely.
  • Assist in planning and organising family events birthdays and special occasions.
  • Digitise and manage important family documentation securely.
  • Coordinate household services including cleaners gardeners and other home service providers.
  • Manage grocery deliveries meal planning support and household supply inventories.
  • Provide reminders for family events appointments and important dates.
  • Research and recommend family services activities restaurants events or leisure activities.
  • Order gifts and manage online shopping and returns.
  • Schedule fitness sessions health checkups and specialist appointments.
  • Manage family medical records securely.
  • Maintain emergency contact lists and assist in coordination during urgent situations.
  • Act as a point of contact for familyrelated appointments and events.
  • Maintain positive relationships with school staff service providers and family contacts.


Requirements

  • Organised detailoriented and proactive.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with calendar management tools scheduling apps and productivity software.
  • Capable of multitasking efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional personable and clear communicator.
  • Ability to anticipate family needs and act proactively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with personal and sensitive information.
