Job Description
Position: Sr. Jira Administrator/Architect
Location: Remote EST/CST

Planview Zephyr
ScriptRunner
Experience
Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues to provide comprehensive solutions
Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
Required Technical Expertise
Experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (specifically Jira Cloud Jira Service Manager Jira Automation)
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace addons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner
Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash python other programming languages)
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience automating manual tasks
Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally Trello)
Experience with identity management SSO and license management
Experience supporting custom and thirdparty software integrations into a SaaS platform via API
Experience with large platform migration efforts
