About the Role

We are looking for a handson DevOps / Systems Engineer to join our Edge Operations team. You will play a key role in keeping our distributed applications running reliably at scale with a focus on deployment automation systems monitoring and lifecycle management of Docker and Greengrassbased components.

What Youll Be Doing

• Configure and manage Docker based applications and related services in production environments.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic and system behavior to identify and resolve performance or configuration issues.
• Troubleshoot deployment runtime and integration problems for edge applications.
• Validate system robustness through testing and diagnostic workflows.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized and Greengrassbased deployments.
• Use Python and Bash to automate operational processes and handle edgespecific lifecycle logic.
• Work across Linuxbased systems to ensure reliability and proper configuration use OS based tools logging and services to resolve problems.
• Interact with cloud APIs and SDKs to manage infrastructure and data flows.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have a solid understanding of Linux systems networking and good foundation in cloud.
• Can build deploy and troubleshoot containerized applications and have strong interest in their orchestration.
• Are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS in particular) and edge computing concepts.
• Understand the challenges of deploying and maintaining systems in remote or resourceconstrained environments.
• Are comfortable writing maintainable automation scripts in Python and Bash.
• Enjoy collaborating across teams to build solutions that scale cleanly and run reliably.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with AWS IoT Greengrass or similar edge/cloud frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipeline management (e.g. GitHub Actions GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with hardwareinterfacing industrial deployments or embedded devices.
