Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and maintaining high standards.
Maintain cleanliness safety and hygiene in all areas.
Plan promotions and special events with the marketing team to attract more guests.
Ensure all legal and brand standards are followed.
Qualifications :
35 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Good understanding of food drinks and current trends.
Financial knowledge (budgeting cost control).
Fluent in English
