Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of all table games and EGDs.
- Oversees table fills credits and paperwork for accuracy and will sign as deemed necessary.
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels according to the volume of patrons.
- Directs the scheduling of Casino Operations personnel to maintain an efficient unbiased scheduling process.
- Maintains high quality technical proficiency of all Casino Operations personnel through guidance and effective training programs.
- Observes and analyzes the integrity of play and activity of guests and employees.
- Communicates effectively all pertinent gaming information to fellow employees.
- May approve credit limits.
- May issue a counter check.
- Issues comps per internal guidelines.
- Provides superior guest service stimulates business and develops quality players through personal interaction and relationship marketing.
- Ensures all Casino Operations personnel are providing optimum service to all guests.
- Ensures the technical proficiency of all Casino Operations personnel through guidance and effective training programs.
- Observe and analyze the integrity of play and activity of guests and employees.
- Adheres to all Care and Serve Safe training guidelines.
- Exchange customers worn currency for new currency for use in the Bill Validator Acceptor.
- Relieves Table Games Supervisors. Pit Managers or Casino Operations Supervisors as needed.
- Responsible for the overall integrity of the daily operations ensure compliance with regulation and to the approved System of Internal Controls and Missouri Gaming Commission Regulations adheres to all policy and procedures as outlined in various program-related manuals.
- Knowledge of company policies and the ability to handle employee concerns and needs as they arise.
- Trains and supervises Casino Operations personnel.
- Administers performance appraisals accurately and fairly on a timely basis.
- Train and supervise Casino Operations personnel on the Casino Management System
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels according to the volume of patrons.
- May create a Caesars Rewards account for a business purpose per MGC Variance 3315-09A dated November 23 2009 see Chapter I 12.02
- May perform a dual rate function; refer to Chapter A standard 1.02 for dual rate guidelines.
- May perform the Pit Manager supervision duties as defined in Chapter D Table Games 13 and Chapter F Poker Rooms 2.
