You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong communicator who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to our overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone email and chat.
Assist customers with information.
Process invoices accurately in a timely manner as needed.
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
Follow up with customers on sales leads quotes and service issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide administrative support including filing data entry and scheduling.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions.
Handle general office duties such as answering phones and managing mail.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in inside sales customer service or office administration is a plus.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach.
