Job Description
Department: Physical Facilities
Employment Detail: PartTime
Hiring Zone: $14.50/hour
Review will begin immediately and continue until positions are filled
Duties:
General campus grounds maintenance: mowing string trimming watering turf maintenance pruning planting weed and trash removal. Moving office furniture and equipment. alternatively a worker may be doing exterior window cleaning for their assignment or perhaps working with the campus paint crew.
Required Qualifications:
- 16 years of age or older and attending high school or High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Preferred Qualifications:
- knowledge of equipment tools and procedures of grounds care.
- knowledge of operating grounds maintenance and grounds construction equipment and tools.
- one or more years experience of gardening and groundskeeping duties.
- Valid Drivers license
- Interior or exterior painting experience.
- Exterior window cleaning experience.
