How you will help
With over 75 Data Partners in our ecosystem we are looking to expand the Data Partnership team to support this growing and evolving network of Data Providers. As a Manager of Data Partner Success you will work to expand the depth breadth and success of the HealthVerity partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing relationships with many different partners in the HealthVerity ecosystem.
Interoperability across different types of realworld data enables our clients to better understand a patients health journey build out patient profiles based on diagnosis drug or genetic influences conduct adherence studies and enhance outcomes research. It is important for this candidate to understand how medical claims pharmacy claims lab tests/results consumer data etc. come together to enhance these insights and address client needs. This role works crossfunctionally with most of our internal stakeholders including (but not limited to): Sales Real World Data SMEs Data Engineers Project Managers Contracts Strategic Partnerships Data Product and Delivery.
What you will do
- Business Development
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of new partner opportunities with the goal of determining the potential value to HealthVerity and its customers
- Support efforts to recruit and qualify inbound Data Partner leads aligned with our data partner ecosystem gaps and needs
- Partner Relationship Management
- Manage relationships and ongoing touchpoints with our Data Partners including both frequent tactical quarterly strategic meetings
- Ensure progress on Data Partner action items often crossfunctional
- Understand partners primary business to identify new opportunities to leverage HealthVerity products or services
- Serve as a partner advocate and the voice of our Data Providers to ensure partner satisfaction and an overall positive experience with HealthVerity
- Data Provider Onboarding
- Manage data provider onboarding in collaboration with Data Teams Solutions and Project Management to ensure successful onboarding
- Drive internal communication and education of new data feeds new Data Providers as well as any changes in relationships/partnerships
- Support Data Provider training of any new data feeds or Data Providers
- Operations and Metrics
- Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage internal requests to/for Data Providers through ticketing portal
- Manage and enhance central Data Partnerships online repository

- Success and efficiency of transitions from potential partner to onboarded partner
- Understanding and ability to communicate HealthVerity value proposition
- Data Partner satisfaction postonboarding
- Subject matter expertise on Data Partners and broader realworld data landscape
- Internal communications and crossfunctional working relationships
- Growth of revenue opportunities from data product/services HealthVerity can provide to the Data Partner (vs. what they contribute to the data ecosystem)
Required skills and experience
- Healthcare background; understanding of the industry at large and realworld data
- 47 years of experience developing / managing relationships with strategic partners
- Project management experience; ability to drive execution of complex work streams
- Ability to execute with minimal oversight
- Executive presence and executionfocused mindset
- Ability to travel as needed (no more than 10%)
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $annual bonus opportunity.
Hiring Locations
Our main office is located in Center City Philadelphia where we operate on a hybrid model with inoffice work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
For certain roles we also hire from hub locationsregions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home we bring them together in person at lease once a year for teambuilding collaboration and strategic planning.
Due to tax and labor regulations we can only hire from specific states. Remote work is supported in the following key hub locations and approved states:
