SALARY:$82400$97850 annually depending on experience.
*Average total earning potential $100k to more than $120k inclusive of overtime long term cash incentives and annual bonus.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Brewery Area Manager role at AnheuserBusch is a handson leadership position focused on continuous improvement in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. This role involves supervising production operations ensuring safety and quality standards and developing team members through onthejob training. The manager will be responsible for troubleshooting and problemsolvingon the production floor to meet production goals while promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Frontline manager role supervising operators on rotating shifts
Learn packaging processes through handson training.
Lead and coach teams through solving problems and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.
Promote and encourage safe working practices.
Manage highly automated complex processes in a fastpaced and highenergy environment.
Identify areas to improve operationsin order toachieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets.
Work withsenior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts.
Develop monitor and maintain production plans inventories and schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelors degree concentrated in engineering science or related subject area is strongly preferred.
Willingness to work weekends is required (12 weekends per month on average)
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
High comfort level with change along with strong influencing skills catalyzing others to change.
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Technical andproblemsolvingcapabilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
