The Office Manager is responsible for the setup daily management and administrative support of the Cairo office. This role involves sourcing and maintaining office space managing logistics and supplies supporting recruitment and staffing processes and serving as the key HR and administrative contact for Egypt-based staff. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and capable of fostering a collaborative work environment in alignment with regional operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Office Setup & Operations:
Oversee the establishment and operational setup of the Cairo office including sourcing and outfitting office space.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services such as cleaning IT and maintenance.
Ensure the office is adequately stocked and that day-to-day logistics run smoothly.
Monitor and maintain office systems technology and internal communication tools.
HR & Team Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for Egypt-based staff regarding HR and administrative matters.
Support the onboarding process ensuring that employee records documentation and access to systems are in place.
Track employee leave attendance and maintain updated HR documentation.
Promote and support a collaborative inclusive and positive office culture in coordination with the Amman team.
Recruitment & Staffing Support:
Assist in screening candidates scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and maintain an active local recruitment pipeline.
Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Reporting & Communication:
Report directly to the Operations Manager based in Amman.
Provide timely updates on office operations HR matters staffing needs and employee concerns.
Participate in cross-office planning and coordination meetings to ensure alignment with regional and organizational goals.

Educational Level/Required Skills:
Educational Level/Required Certificates:
A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Operations Management or a related field is required.
HR or Office Management certification is a plus.
Experience
7 years of experience in office administration HR coordination or operations support.
Experience working in a fast-paced multicultural environment is preferred.
English language proficiency is a must.
