Job Summary:

The Regional Director Major Accounts (RDMA) serves as the primary service management contact for all large customer accounts (location groups price groups) over $750.00 of weekly revenue. Responsibilities include facilitating and/or performing new account installations establishing strong business relationships managing customer service issues with the Regional Service Directors or Service Managers as necessary continually improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty retain current accounts and addressing agreement renegotiations with appropriate Service or Sales Team associates.

PMP/APF Description The Regional Director of Major Accounts is responsible for managing relationships with certain customer groups coaching service management on proper proactive visitation technique and follow through and growing business relationships by way of existing and new account sales.


Essential Functions:

  • Serve as primary service management contact for all large customer accounts (location groups price groups) over $750.00 of weekly revenue.
  • Facilitate and/or perform new account installations establish strong business relationships manage customer service issues with the Regional Service Directors or Service Managers as necessary continually improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty retain current accounts and address agreement renegotiations with appropriate Service or Sales Team associates.
  • Establish maintain and develop positive relationships through proactive customer visitation.
  • Develop business relationship with key customer decision makers.
  • Respond to Customer Service Requests (CSRs) as necessary in an immediate and/or timely manner.
  • Maintain open communication with Service Team regarding customer CSRs. Create corrective action plans to address pending customer issues.
  • Work with the Service Managers and Route Service Representatives assigned to accounts as needed to continually improve customer service increase customer loyalty and minimize lost business for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure successful accounts receivable efforts are accomplished and collect all monies owed to the company from accounts 60 days overdue.
  • Collect and/or draft payment agreement for monies owed to the company by assigned customers.
  • Maintaining current and accurate records for all Customer Service Agreements (CSA) for all assigned accounts.
  • Support Territory Sales efforts to ensure new accounts are integrated smoothly into service operation.
  • Promote positive relationships and participative approaches with all associates and departments.
  • Promote an empowering environment conducive to creativity growth and personal responsibility.


Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • At least five years of experience in customer service account management required. Textile industry experience preferred.
  • Solid computer skills required in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) experience with databases a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills along with solid customer relation skills required.
  • Proven skills and abilities in leadership coaching decisionmaking required.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment analyze data and make recommendations adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.

Required Credentials:

  • Bachelors (BA/BS) degree required.
  • A combination of education military experience or relevant and successful work experience may be acceptable in lieu of a fouryear degree
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required at all times.
