Human Resources Generalist (Associate or MidLevel)

We are hiring enthusiastic Human Resources Generalists in North Charleston SC who thrive in a fastpaced environment and are eager to make a real impact on our workforce. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Associate and MidLevel HRGs to find the best fit for this position. These roles are fully onsite at Boeing South Carolinas Airport and North campuses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Engage with teammates daily on the floor building relationships and understanding their needs concerns and aspirations.

  • Empower and Support: Provide guidance on HR policies benefits and career development opportunities ensuring every employee feels valued and supported.

  • Drive Employee Engagement: Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Champion Change: Act as a liaison between management and employees advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Address team member inquiries and concerns in realtime providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • DataDriven Insights: Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement helping to shape our HR strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for realtime engagement and solutions

  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner

  • Deploy and administer HR programs policies practices and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g. performance support employee movement leadership coaching etc.)

  • Promote employee engagement and recognition activities throughout Boeings factory

  • Partner with manufacturing/production leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challenges

  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g. labor relations talent compensation training) and support the delivery of programs

  • Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or followup actions

  • Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues

  • Identify recurring employee concerns or trends reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objectives

  • Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels addressing concerns guiding on company policies providing HR consultation and coaching and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts

  • Be a visible champion of Boeings values and behaviorsmodeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions

  • This role requires consistent presence on the manufacturing floor

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises machinery and manufacturing operations

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs policies practices and processes

  • 1 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 1 years of experience with project management and project execution

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or Higher

  • Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)

  • 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1 years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 1 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce plans to meet organization objectives

  • Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and technology with preferred applications experience in Workday

  • Experience navigating a matrixed organization

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $65450 $88550
Summary pay range for MidLevel (Level 3): $81600 $110400
