Human Resources Manager

Full Time - Ongoing

MacKillop Catholic College and Catholic Education Tasmania are looking for a passionate self-driven Human Resources Manager to take the lead as the Colleges go-to expert for all things human resources. If youre ready to own the HR space and make a real impact this is your moment.

As the Human Resources Manager you will:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment of MacKillop Catholic College staff.
Oversee human resource improvement projects and activities.
Act as the Lead for HROnboard (the Colleges cloud-based HR and payroll system).
Undertake the day-to-day management of the school administration team and enrolments officer.

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
Substantial experience in human resource management or organisational performance including recruitment performance development performance management and training and development.
Innovate and manage continuous improvement in the functions of human resource management.
