Drive process improvements to the payroll and time management system and workflow provide closing report and reconcile BPJS and Tax payment.
Ensure compliance to internal work processes
Drive a culture of excellent internal and external customer service to ensure quality HR support to the local leadership teams and employees
Key point of contact to the plant leaders and managers in people related matters and pro-actively provide value-added solutions to the stakeholders that are in compliance with internal and external policies
Audit HR processes to ensure adherence to local legislations
Performs other duties and responsibilities and required.
