Are you a strategic visionary leader ready to guide a growing $120M credit union into its next chapter We are seeking a dynamic and experienced President/CEO to oversee all aspects of credit union operations and drive longterm success. This executive position reports directly to the Board of Directors and plays a key role in shaping strategy operations and culture.
As the face and voice of the credit union the President/CEO will provide direction inspire the team and ensure a memberfirst approach across the organization. Below is an overview of the primary responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Vision and Mission: Define the credit unions longterm vision and establish strategic goals to drive success.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement actionable strategies to meet longterm objectives.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends competitors and opportunities to inform highlevel decisionmaking.
Operational Oversight
- Team Leadership: Communicate effectively and foster collaboration across departments while leading and motivating the management team.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee financial and capital resources to ensure optimal performance and member value.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that support strategic objectives.
Cultural and External Engagement
- Board Relations: Maintain strong communication and transparency with the Board providing regular performance and strategy updates.
- Public Relations: Act as the credit unions primary spokesperson representing the organization to members and the broader community.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement response plans to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications :
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of leadership experience in a financial institution
- Strong understanding of financial administration principles and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop longterm strategies and evaluate performance outcomes
