As a vital member of our executive leadership team and a key officer of the company the Vice President of Financeplays a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer this dynamic leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of our finance and accounting functions while driving strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization.
In this high-impact role the VP Finance will take ownership of two mission-critical workstreamsFinance and Procurementduring our exciting merger and integration withBeneva/Unica. This is a rare opportunity to lead through transformation influence enterprise-wide decisions and help architect the financial foundation of the largest mutual in Canada.

We operate under a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration productivity and work-life balance. This role is primarily based in Cambridge Ontario with an expectation of being on-site two days per week. Additionally occasional travel to our Toronto office a few times per month will be required for team meetings cross-functional collaboration or strategic initiatives.
Given the seniority of this position there may be additional in-office presence required on an as-needed basis to support leadership responsibilities and key business priorities.
