STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- Definition of a longterm distribution model for the region. Design and implement actions within the Business Plan focused on the development of the distribution model.
TOOLS SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
- Maintain and implement global Tools Systems and Processes in all DP Markets (Process Champion).
DATA
- Optimise use of Data empowering markets in the insight driven use of the internal tools.
RTM
- Optimized Go to Market Strategy through Structure Value chain P&L & Partnerships.
DISTRIBUTION SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Implement DP & Field Force Training solutions and job descriptions/routines.
LEADERSHIP
- Work closely with all local Field Sales Distribution departments especially Sales Intelligence department to ensure prioritized activation of Distribution Partner and Distribution Partner Management systems tools and processes.
- Create and develop a strong commercial relationship with the top distributors based on a sustainable winwin focus.
- Lead by example especially smaller markets or less experienced teams
Qualifications :
- Education: University BA is a must MBA/Masters/PostGrad Degree is a plus
- Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese or Spanish / German is a plus
- Minimum 8 years sales management incl. Distribution Partner Management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Successful frontline experience in managing HighLevel Distributors
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. Nielsen Canadean etc)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Innovative solutionoriented mindset
- High level of empathy
- Loyal and team player
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently (high autonomy selfstarter)
- Indepth knowledge of FMCG industry beverage industry a plus
- Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- CrossCultural Experience: Having lived and/or worked in/with different countries is a benefit
- Travel requirements up to 50% of time
