As a Project Technical Support Officer you will facilitate the cyclical swapout of endoflife IT equipment as part of the ABW Laptops Desktops and Equipment Replacement Project.
You will also provide broadranging Tier 1/2 Desktop Support to Fire and Rescue NSW users troubleshooting and resolving issues of simple to moderate complexity arising from project activities as well as BAU support.
