Were a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago. Anderson Auto Group now consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri
Job Duties Include:
Support recruitment and retention efforts
Performs a wide array of HR functions including evaluation of job performance
Plan and conduct new employee orientation training for new hires
Execute corporate and departmental policies procedures and service standards in conjunction with management
Administer yearly engagement surveys and yearly employee performance reviews; help department leaders organize/review feedback to create action plans
Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and participate in the selection process
Review reports with management team members to ensure objectives are met on a timely basis
Lead out on market events
Help with consistent communication to ensure employees are well informed
