Client Sales Support ConsultantWhat does a great Proposal Specialist do at Fiserv
Be at the forefront of securing client relationships for one of the worlds most esteemed companies. As a Proposal Specialist you will become a trusted expert in pricing matters for your specific product set playing a crucial role in a dynamic team organization and company.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Sales Account Management Product Management Finance and Contract Administration to develop renewal or migration deals for existing Fiserv core clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing for a specific product or product set.
- Coordinate with internal department experts to gather necessary information.
- Assist Account Executives/Sales in pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ensure Proposal Pricing responses are accurate up-to-date and of high quality before distribution.
- Submit Pricing Proposals promptly and with exceptional quality adhering to Corporate and Business Units processes.
- Prepare financial calculations and internally review strategies.
- Lead group initiatives from inception to completion.
- Perform any other duties as needed.
What You Will Need To Have:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent educational background or military experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building business relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple projects organize activities effectively and follow up in a timely manner.
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills for conveying managerial and technical information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing configurations and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
What Would Be Great To Have:
- Experience in business sales support or related roles.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Previous experience in Proposal Pricing would be beneficial.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
