About the role
Were looking for an HR Communication Specialist (12month contract) to join our global HR team. The person in this role will report to our CHRO. It is not just about creating internal content but most importantly about designing effective communication strategies related to HR Transformation and Employer Branding initiatives with a strong emphasis on change management. You will work closely with HR leadership teams in close alignment with Internal Communications to communicate changes around Employee Life Cycle EVP Employer Branding helping to ensure smooth transitions and high levels of employee engagement.
Key Tasks:
Gain a clear understanding of our HR Strategy Roadmap Processes and Employee Life Cycle.
Closely partner with corporate communications to align on strategies execution plans channels and content
Create an annual HR Transformation communication calendar.
Collaborate with leaders program managers and experts to align messaging; coordinate with global communications.
Choose and use the best communication channels for each audience.
Regularly update employees on HR initiatives and lifecycle events. Write edit and share internal materials (emails intranet posts FAQs presentations scripts) consistent with our tone and values.
Launch the new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) via internal channels and recruitment marketing.
Support employer branding including enhancing our Glassdoor profile and participating in Great Places to Work.
Handle multiple communication requests meeting deadlines and goals.
Measure and report on communication effectiveness using feedback and metrics for improvement.
What Were Looking For:
10 years of experience in internal communications for a global company preferably with a focus on HR or change management.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience developing and executing communication plans for organizational change.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of change management principles and how to apply them to internal communications.
