Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian Gaming Equipment Administrator for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.

Position: Gaming Equipment Administrator (Serbian)

Location: Belgrade Serbia

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate records and oversight of all operational equipment and supplies ensuring all items are accounted for and in proper working condition.
  • Manage access credentials and permissions for equipment and facilities as directed ensuring secure and authorized usage.
  • Ensure required tools and equipment are available and in good condition through regular checks and communication with relevant teams or departments.
  • Track the usage of tools and equipment manage outdated or obsolete items and coordinate proper disposal or replacement processes.
  • Order and monitor inventory of essential equipment parts and operational supplies to support ongoing business activities.
  • Perform administrative functions related to equipment management remain aligned with internal policies and procedures and escalate any noncompliance or irregularities to supervisors.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Serbian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English fluency (at least B2).
  • Comfortable working with computers and standard software applications.
  • Capable of conveying information effectively in both structured and informal settings.
  • Detailoriented with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Demonstrates a consistent dependable work ethic with sustained attention to detail and task accuracy.
