Profile Requirements:

  • Communication Skills
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in the marine industry or a basic understanding is preferable.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and discretion.
  • Ability to work across a variety of different tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Independence & Flexibility
  • Capacity to carry out ad hoc admin tasks independently and efficiently.

Core responsibilities:

  • Executive Support
  • Manage executive schedules prioritize communications and handle travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to executive requests.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Organize files conduct research and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Assist with general admin tasks for the business.
  • Project & Operations Support
  • Assist in project planning and execution coordinating logistics and tracking timelines.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure smooth daytoday business operations.
  • Client & Team Engagement
  • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients providing proactive support.
  • Procurement & Order Management
  • Assist with RFQs quotes and processing orders.
  • Weekly order status reporting.
  • Supplier coordination and freight arrangement for purchase orders.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Minor LinkedIn page management posting and generating more leads.
  • Generating new business leads leads will be provided.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
