Youll prospect qualify and close new opportunities with eCommerce businesses in North America
Work with some of the most exciting growing consumer brands on the market
Be an expert at sourcing your own leads that fit our ICP alongside your dedicated BDR
Conduct in-depth discoveries with prospects using Solution Sales & MEDDIC methodologies
Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across Wayflyer working closely with our underwriting team with a focus on speed and quality
Act as a co-founder to our customers ensuring negotiations are valuable for both parties
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast paced high volume sales environment
Youll be joining a high performing team with top performers achieving 200-400% of their target!
A minimum of 1 year outbound Account Executive experience ideally selling to SMBs
Experience working as a BDR or SDR previously
Consistent track record of exceeding targets throughout your sales career
Youve worked in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
A demonstrable history of being a real team player
You have a passion for eCommerce and supporting small businesses to achieve their goals
Familiar with MEDDICC methodologies

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

Home to around 30 employees our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. Youll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
Sydney Small but Mighty

Remote Across the US & Europe
