Job Title: Event Sales Director
Location: TeeBox Indoor Golf Club Cave Creek AZ
Employment Type: FullTime

TeeBox Indoor Golf Club is Arizonas premier indoor golf destinationblending worldclass Trackman golf simulator technology a brandnew golf fitness studio our Scratch restaurant & bar and an unmatched indoor country club atmosphere. Were redefining how golf is learned played trained and enjoyedand were looking for a dynamic sales leader to grow our event business in our beautiful 11100 sq. ft. facility with an additional 4400 sq. ft. of outdoor patio space.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Director to lead and grow all aspects of our private event business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationshipbuilding delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue. You will play a key leadership role in developing new business selling events and turning TeeBox into the #1 destination for indoor golf experiences social events and corporate outings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Sales & Execution
    • Build partnerships with local businesses hotel & resort concierge professionals golf groups and organizations to plan and book events at our beautiful venue
    • Sell and coordinate private events including golf parties fundraisers corporate outings/team building and celebrations
    • Work with operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution
    • Create marketing campaigns and promotions to help drive event bookings
    • Create and manage event proposals contracts and followup
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
    • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects with CRM tracking and reporting
    • Contribute to pricing strategy packages and seasonal offerings to help drive sales of group events

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales of hospitality and event management (3 years preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic proactive attitude
  • Organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Selfstarter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with golf fitness or luxury hospitality is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and event management software preferred
