Maintenance Technician Job Description
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must carry General Liability Insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be friendly respectful and dependable
Must provide and maintain your own tools and equipment
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines
Complete light electrical work as needed
Handle general carpentry tasks such as painting drywall repair and more
Perform basic plumbing repairs
Prepare properties to be rentready
Conduct landscaping and outdoor maintenance
Repair and maintain equipment and tools such as carpet cleaners lawnmowers and other machinery
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role
Strong problemsolving skills and high attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
