A Customer Service Advisor at St George plays a key role in assisting customers with their banking needs. This role typically involves providing support for everyday banking transactions answering inquiries and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Advisors may also identify opportunities to introduce customers to other financial products or services that could benefit them. Its a customerfacing position that requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
This is a parttime role (35 hrs/pw) based at the St George Hurstville branch working across four weekdays and inclusive of Saturdays. Candidates with Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills will be preferred.
