We are looking for native Italian-speaking professionals for a Customer Support role in the tech/digital sector. Youll be part of an international team handling customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Assist customers in Italian
Provide clear and accurate information about products/services
Resolve inquiries at first contact whenever possible
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow internal guidelines and company policies
Native-level Italian good English (minimum B2)
EU passport or valid permit to work in Portugal
Customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work rotating shifts
Full training provided
Shared accommodation for 12 months
