As a Traffic Coordinator for JLG you will play a key role in managing international shipping operations by accurately processing export documentation and ensuring compliance with proceduresall within a dynamic fastpaced environment.

YOUR IMPACT

• Ensure timely shipment flow using a variety of international carriers

• Accurately process export documents and match them with corresponding freight before departure

• Conduct quality checks on outgoing packages to ensure shipment accuracy

• Maintain organized filing systems and tracking records

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine shipment issues as they arise

• Communicate effectivelyboth in writing and verballywith internal teams and external partners

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of relevant work experience in shipping logistics or a related field

• Proficiency in basic computer tasks including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

• Strong communication skills and reading comprehension

• Attention to detail and experience with data entry

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in business supply chain or a related field

• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation

Pay Range:

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
