Job Summary
TheAdmissionCoordinator(AC)is the key position formonitoring throughput incrisis observation programs providing Title36services. The Admission Coordinator is the owner ofthe petitioning processwhichincludesprocessing monitoring completeness and timeliness assisting law enforcement incompleting petitions and servingas telephone liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies. The Admission Coordinator monitors the ongoing internal petition process to ensure an efficient system is in placeto track petitions capture the necessary informationandgenerate reports.Inadditionthe AdmissionCoordinator oversees the transfer of recipients to Level I facilitiesrelated to Court Ordered Evaluations (COE) and amendments/revocations to Court Ordered Treatment (COT).
Skills/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.Bachelors Degreein a field related to Business or Health Careis preferred.
- 3 or more yearsof administrative work historyis highly preferred.
1 or moreone years ofexperience inhealthcaresettingpreferred.
- Valididentification required
- Notary Public preferred
