A hospital located east of La Crosse WI is seeking a parttime Health Unit Coordinator to join their Emergency Department team!
Health Unit Coordinator Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour increases with experience Shift Differentials

Health Unit Coordinator Opportunity:
- Schedule: 48 hours per twoweek pay period 12hour shifts
- Responsibilities: The Health Unit Coordinator provides organizational clerical and receptionist support under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Independent Practitioner. Assists with patient admissions discharges and transfers functioning as a key communicator and resource to staff patients and visitors. Plays an active role in supporting care planning and coordination within the Emergency Department.
Health Unit Coordinator Qualifications:
- CNA certification EMTP license (WI) or LPN license (WI)
- Emergency Room or EMS experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required; ACLS PALS PHTLS and NALS desirable
