This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and standardize project documentation across all active construction projects
- Coordinate communication between site managers trades suppliers and clients
- Process and track all projectrelated documentation including timesheets invoices and work diaries
- Monitor and update job progress in Wonderbuild system
- Maintain project schedules and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress
- Handle supplier and trade communication ensuring queries are directed to appropriate site managers
- Support financial tracking and job profitability monitoring
- Coordinate with site managers to ensure all stagespecific documentation and checklists are complete
- Manage Google Workspace communication channels and maintain organized documentation
- Process and track material usage and orders across projects
Scopes:
- Handle 24 concurrent residential construction projects
- Support 2 site managers and associated trade teams
- Manage project documentation from initial stages through completion
- Monitor and track projects valued at $1.11.5M
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders including clients trades and suppliers
- Support 78 month project timelines
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with construction project management software (Wonderbuild experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain and implement standardized processes
- Understanding of residential construction stages and terminology
- Strong initiative and proactive problemsolving abilities
- Experience in construction administration preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
