Job Title: Hotel Staff Training Coordinator Facility
Location: Chennai India (in partnership with TAFE NSW Australia)
Organization: TAFE Technical and Further Education Commission New South Wales Australia



About the Role:

KCIC in partnership with TAFE NSW (Technical and Further Education Commission New South Wales Australia) Australia s leading vocational education provider is seeking passionate and experienced professionals from the hospitality industry for the role of Hotel Staff Training & Development Coordinator. This role involves delivering Australian ondemand skills training for trainees preparing to live study and work in Australia s thriving hospitality sector.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver practical handson training across areas such as Front Office Service Restaurant & Bar Operations and Housekeeping Standards

Support students in acquiring jobready hospitality service skills aligned with Australian industry standards

Participate in ongoing professional development and complete Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) provided by TAFE NSW

Coordinate with industry experts and KCIC training teams to ensure quality and consistency of delivery


Eligibility & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Hospitality or a related field

Minimum 3 4 years of recent work experience in the hospitality service industry (e.g. front office F&B or housekeeping)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

No prior teaching experience required TAFE NSW will provide full training and certification
