Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A the Group FP&A Manager will play a key role in delivering commercially focused financial reporting and analysis that enables datadriven decisionmaking across the Collinson Group. This role is instrumental in driving financial performance supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring robust planning forecasting and reporting processes across all business units. Acting as a critical link between the leadership team and operating company finance teams you will deliver highimpact insights and analysis to the Group Board helping shape the financial direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance Reporting

  • Lead the delivery of all financial performance reporting to the Group Board ensuring highquality insightful analysis across the finance function.
  • Identify key financial trends and communicate them clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
  • Own and manage financial performance reporting for external stakeholders including lenders.
  • Lead the Groups risks and opportunities process identifying mitigating actions and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive automation of routine reporting tasks in collaboration with Tagetik and BI development teams.

Financial Analysis

  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools while developing new areas of analysis to support evolving business needs.
  • Provide adhoc financial performance analysis and insights to the Head of Group FP&A and Group CFO.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for deeper insight and collaborate across Finance to deliver impactful improvements.
  • Partner with the Finance Analytics and Tagetik development teams to enhance data quality and analytical capabilities.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the delivery of accurate and insightful forecasts and budgets using the Groups planning platform (Tagetik).
  • Contribute to the transition toward rolling forecasts ensuring agility and responsiveness in financial planning.
  • Constructively challenge business unit forecast submissions and ensure alignment with the Groups strategic plan

Collaboration & Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Group FP&A across commercial finance and controllership teams.
  • Foster strong crossfunctional relationships to continuously improve the quality and relevance of financial analysis presented to the Group Board.

Knowledge skills and experience required

  • Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a grouplevel FP&A role with a strong track record of delivering financial insight and reporting to senior leadership and/or the Board.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with a strong data analysis and problemsolving skillset and the ability to produce complex reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Experience working with Finance systems
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) highly desirable.
  • Highenergy adaptive collaborative and responsive work style.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced complex and dynamic work environment with poise and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working in large companies with complex financial systems environments is preferred.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with a positive attitude and a passion delivering improvements resulting in clear business value
