Job Description

  • Bring your administration expertise to coordinate operational systems and processes which support skills development and connection of our students.

The role

  • Part Time 17.5 hours per week Continuing
  • Level 5 $39805 to $43456 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • AlburyWodonga Bathurst Dubbo Orange Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

In this position you will be coordinating the development and implementation of processes required to facilitate the delivery of student career development and other relevant programs and services. Your key responsibilities include coordinating and administering operational systems data collection and analysis events technical training and promotional communications.

  • Strong administration and organisational skills including experience with data extraction and report presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically problem solve and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to use various types of technology platforms and systems.
