Our client is a multinational company that specializes in automotive distribution pharmaceutical products and services FMCG as well as new technologies and energy sectors. Due to expansion they are in need of a SALES EXECUTIVE to join their leasing subsidiary.
LOCATION: Victoria Island Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage relationships with existing and new customers
- Develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain existing customer base.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of the leasing services and associated financial terms to provide accurate information and closing of deals.
- Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization
- Collaborate with sales manager to secure retain and grow accounts by understanding clients needs
- Meet monthly quarterly and annual targets through effective competitor research and business environment analysis
- Prepare/submit weekly reports on sales and competition activities
- Ensuring a positive and smooth leasing process for all clients for building brand loyalty and possibility of referrals.
- Make sales presentations and customer analysis reporting
- Ensure proper and uptodate record keeping of customer database
- Staying informed about market trends on leasing and customer preferences.
- Establish customers needs and selling allocated products accordingly
- Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Organize meetings with prospective clients and make product demonstrations
- Adhere strictly to the company s compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics
- Provide strategic support on sales growthrelated projects.
- Ensure effective implementation of practices procedures rules and regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with policies & laws are followed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years corporate leasing experience
- HND/. in Science/Art/Engineering.
- Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Sales Presentation skills and Negotiation Skills
- Good knowledge of financial literacy and MS Office Packages (Word Excel & PP)
- Knowledge of industry best practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Practice
