We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves providing prompt professional and effective support to clients and tenants. As the first point of contact for inquiries and concerns the ideal candidate will be solutionsoriented detailfocused and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Assist clients with billing maintenance lease information and general questions
Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide support for onboarding new clients and tenants
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through followup and consistent communication
Escalate unresolved issues to management as necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support or related role
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
Friendly professional demeanor with a customerfirst mindset
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
