Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our new Enterprise team in Milan. The Account Management/Customer Success team plays a crucial role in Trustpilots commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the aftersales customer journey making sure they are satisfied and use our product to its real value.

About the Role

As part of our Account Management/Customer Success team you will contribute to Trustpilots aim of building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses worldwide. This role goes beyond maintaining customer relationshipsits about strategic expansion ensuring clients get the most out of Trustpilot while contributing to commercial success.

This position is based in our Milan office and we are looking for someone onsite who will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in our hybrid working setup.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop relationships with our Enterprise customers in Italy ensuring they derive maximum value from Trustpilots products.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities and expanding Trustpilots footprint within key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor understanding customer business objectives and aligning Trustpilot solutions to their needs.
  • Provide bestpractice insights that maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Negotiate and manage contract renewals ensuring high retention rates and minimizing churn.
  • Identify new revenue streams by mapping accounts and uncovering growth potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product Engineering Support) to advocate for customer needs and enhance their experience.
  • Lead engaging business reviews and presentations enhancing Trustpilots position as a valuedriven partner.
  • Onboard new clients ensuring a seamless transition and full utilization of their paid subscriptions.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • 5 years of experience in sales account management or new business development with a focus on an Enterprise SaaS and techdriven environment.
  • Consistently fulfilling sales targets and enhancing commercial growth.
  • Experience with subscriptionbased renewal license models.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Adept at identifying and exploring revenue opportunities.
  • Skilled in delivering presentations and business reviews to Clevel stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an international progressive and evolving environment.
