Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor GEM portal for relevant tenders and participate in them.

Prepare and submit tender documents ensuring all requirements are met.

Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and follow up on tender outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for tenders.

Ensure compliance with all GEM guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in handling GEM tenders.

Strong knowledge of GEM portal operations and tender submission processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and GEM portal operations.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
